If you want to return or exchange your order, we are here to help!
We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method. Items returned after 30 days, and up to 60 days, will be credited at the current selling price, and to an e- gift card to be used on your next purchase. Items returned after 60 days will be shipped back to the customer. Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:
- Final Clearance items (as marked) are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on, and be returned in original packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear, soil or use.
- Any garment found with hair on the fabric or flattened fabric due to use will result in the garment being returned.
- Original shipping charges are not refundable.
When our prepaid return label is used, the product must be returned in the original packaging, and we will deduct $9.95 from your refund. For heavy or large products, we will deduct the cost of your original shipping charges. If you prefer, you can choose to ship the return yourself. First process your refund request via our portal, and we will send you return approval via email. For your protection, we require using a form of traceable delivery and insuring your package. Allow up to two weeks for your return or exchange to be received and processed.
Since orders are not charged until fulfilled and shipped, you may cancel your order prior to shipping. However, if your package is labeled and ready to ship, we are unable to refund your shipping fee.
