If you want to return or exchange your order, we are here to help!

We offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method. Items returned after 30 days, and up to 60 days, will be credited at the current selling price, and to an e- gift card to be used on your next purchase. Items returned after 60 days will be shipped back to the customer.

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

  • Final Clearance items (as marked) are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must have tags still on, and be returned in original packaging.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear, soil or use.
  • Original shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Refunds for purchases originating outside of North America will be issued store credit via an e-gift card to be used on your next purchase.


Allow up to two weeks for your return or exchange to be received and processed.

Since items are not charged until shipped, you may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping by contacting us.

When our prepaid label is used, we will deduct the cost of your original shipping charges.

If you prefer, you can choose to ship the return yourself. We recommend using a form of traceable delivery and insure your package for your protection.
