Exchanges are available for the same item only (size or color variant). Return shipping is charged, but exchange shipping is complimentary for USA warehouse products only. Tuscany Leather Firenze return shipping is free, but exchange shipping is charged.

Option 1: Prepaid Return Label

We’ll email your return approval and prepaid return label.

Have a printer? Open your return email and select “Print your return label.” Print and securely attach the label, covering any existing shipping labels.

No printer? Bring the digital return label on your mobile phone to a participating USPS location. USPS can scan the barcode or QR code directly from your screen and print the label for you.

No printer or mobile phone? We can mail a printed return label upon request. A $5.95 mailing and handling fee will be deducted from your refund to cover postage, materials, and manual processing.
