Tuscany Leather Firenze Repair Warranty Program

At L’Atelier Global, we proudly partner with Tuscany Leather Firenze to bring you exquisite, handcrafted leather goods made in Italy. Each piece is a testament to artisanal quality and enduring heritage craftsmanship. To honor this standard, all Tuscany Leather Firenze products are backed by a two-year legal warranty, in accordance with European consumer protection laws.

Please note:  each item is handcrafted and undergoes careful, intricate quality control. Small imperfections—such as slight color variations—are a natural result of the artisanal tanning and production process. These are not faults, but part of what makes each piece unique and valuable.


What’s Covered? ✨

Our warranty protects you against material or manufacturing defects present at the time of delivery. If your item is not eligible for warranty coverage, you may still purchase repair kits to restore and maintain your piece or replacement parts at minimal cost for repair by a local leather or handbag repair specialist.

Please note: This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, or wear and tear (such as scratches, stains, or hardware damaged from excess weight or contact with objects). 

  • Within the first 6 months: if a manufacturing defect arises, it is legally presumed to have existed at delivery. Tuscany Leather covers all repair and shipping costs. 

  • From 6 months to 2 years: if a manufacturing defect arises, a report from a local leather repair professional is required to confirm the defect was present at delivery. For all defects, Tuscany Leather covers the repair and shipping costs. 

 

What’s the Expense? ✨

We aim to keep your repair experience smooth, simple, and affordable. Depending on the issue, items may be repaired directly by Tuscany Leather or restored using a repair kit or replacement parts—often at minimal cost—through your trusted local leather or handbag repair professional.

  • Up to 2 years: If the item qualifies for a full artisan repair through Tuscany Leather, we’ll guide you through the next steps of the repair process. A repair kit may also be offered for use by your local repair specialist.

  • After 2 years: A repair kit (cost is variable) remains available to assist with local repairs, along with a $9.95 shipping fee.

We always assess the best solution—whether that’s providing materials and hardware or use by your local repair specialist or offering full restoration through our artisan partners.

Even after the two-year warranty period ends, Tuscany Leather remains committed to helping you care for your item. Whenever possible, we:

  • Suggest trusted local repair options

  • Provide materials at a minimal cost

  • Offer replacement parts at a minimal cost

We also collaborate with artisans to offer paid repair services, helping you preserve the beauty and function of your item for years to come.
