Shipping rates and delivery timelines vary by product origin. Please review individual product pages for shipping location before checkout.

USA Delivery

Shipping charges include packaging, courier service, and insurance. The one-time shipping rate covers partial shipments and associated backorders for USA Warehouse products only. Orders originating internationally ship together once all items are ready, as international shipments cannot be split. All shipping fees are clearly displayed at checkout.

  • Domestic shipping options: USPS Ground (2–7 days), Priority Mail (2–4 days), UPS Ground (2–7 business days). Carrier delays may occur.
  • International carriers (for factory-direct orders): FedEx Express and DHL
  • Shipping occurs on weekdays only
  • Orders combining USA Warehouse, artisan-direct, and items requiring solo shipment will display a combined rate at checkout.
  • We follow all carrier holiday shipping cut-off dates. Delivery timelines are dependent on the carrier.

Important Update for U.S. Customers

Effective August 29, 2025: U.S. Customs regulations changed—duty now applies to Italian shipments regardless of value.

DDU – Delivery Duty Unpaid: Orders shipped directly from Italy via FedEx list you as the Importer of Record. While we are configured to receive these invoices, you may occasionally receive a notice from FedEx.

No worries—L’Atelier Global covers 100% of any duties.

If you receive an invoice, simply email a copy to dutyrefund@latelierglobal.com, and we’ll handle the rest.

Missing or Incomplete Items Policy

Please notify us within 3 days of delivery if anything is missing. We require:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the shipping box (all sides), label, packing materials, and items

Claims without photos cannot be reviewed. Carrier claims are time-sensitive and rely on recorded shipping weights.

Seasonal Shipping Costs

Rates may rise during peak seasons due to carrier surcharges. We do not mark up shipping for profit.

Gift Cards

L’Atelier Global gift cards may be applied at checkout. External prepaid cards must be converted—call 1-800-215-1457.

USA State Sales Tax

Sales tax may apply to shipments to select U.S. states and is displayed at checkout.
