USA Delivery

Shipping charges include packaging, courier charges, and insurance. The one-time shipping rate includes partial shipments and associated backorders. Shipping fees are visible at checkout.

  • Domestic shipping options: USPS Ground (2–7 days), Priority Mail (2–4 days), UPS Ground (2–5 business days), DHL International
  • Shipping occurs on weekdays only
  • Jewelry everyday shipping: $9.95
  • Orders combining USA warehouse and Tuscany Leather factory-direct products will display a combined rate at checkout.
  • We follow all USPS and UPS holiday shipping cut-off dates. Delivery timelines are dependent on the carrier. Tuscany Leather’s FedEx Express deadline is December 15, with delivery subject to carrier schedules and capacity.

  • Shipping inside the U.S. may be faster than from Europe or the U.K. Check product pages for shipping origin.
  • Shipped purchase amounts will appear in your confirmation email.
  • Orders valued at $800+ may incur customs duties and fees per U.S. law. These are calculated at checkout and adjusted if needed. Tuscany Leather Firenze is always subject to U.S. customs duty.

🌍 Important Update for U.S. Customers

Effective August 29, 2025: U.S. Customs regulations have changed—duty may now apply to Italian shipments valued under $800.

DDU – Delivery Duty Unpaid: Orders shipped directly from Italy via FedEx are processed under DDU terms, meaning you are listed as the Importer of Record. While we are configured to receive these invoices, you may occasionally receive a duty notice from FedEx.

No worries—L’Atelier Global covers 100% of any duties.

If you receive an invoice, simply email a screenshot or copy to dutyrefund@latelierglobal.com, and we’ll handle the rest.

Missing or Incomplete Items Policy

Please notify us within 3 days of delivery if anything is missing. We require:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the shipping box (all sides), label, materials, and items

Claims without photos cannot be reviewed. We rely on recorded shipping weights to investigate issues and file carrier claims.

Seasonal Shipping Costs

Gift Cards

L’Atelier Global gift cards can be applied at checkout. External prepaid cards must be converted—call 1-800-215-1457 to do so. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your new LG gift card number.
