Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges must be requested and shipped within 30 days of your order’s delivery.

Choose a refund to your original payment method, store credit, or a store digital gift card.

Items shipped more than 30 days after your order’s delivery will not be accepted.

Exchanges are available within 30 days of your order’s delivery. Exchange shipping charges are based on the value, weight, and destination of the replacement order. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Tuscany Leather Firenze return shipping is free. Exchange shipping charges apply and are based on the shipment weight and destination of the replacement item.

Return Conditions

Tags must be attached.

Merchandise must be accompanied by all original packaging, including jewelry boxes, pouches, protective bags, and the original shipping box, to be eligible for a refund.

Merchandise must show no visible signs of wear, soil, deodorant marks, or damage.

Fabrics such as shearling or wool must not show flattening or hair.

Leather must be free from scratches, stretching, creasing, or visible wear.

For items believed to have arrived damaged, clear product photos, including the item, original packaging, and shipping box, must be submitted for review before a return or exchange request can be approved.

Return Exclusions

Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Jewelry must be returned unworn, unaltered, unused, and in original condition with all protective packaging intact. For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and personal-wear jewelry that show signs of wear cannot be accepted.

Bath, body, and personal care products are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange once opened or used.

Customized or personalized items, including engraved or made-to-order pieces, are not eligible for return or exchange.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear over time are not eligible for return.

Items returned without prior return authorization or outside the approved return process will not be accepted.
Damaged Items & Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 calendar days of delivery.
To begin a review, we require:

Your order number.

A description of the damage.

Clear photos of the damaged item.
-
Clear photos of the shipping box, shipping label, and all packing materials.
-
Photos showing the item as it was received.
Do not discard the product, shipping box, shipping label, packaging materials, packing slips, or inserts until your claim has been reviewed and resolved.
If a return or claim review is approved, the damaged item, original shipping box, shipping label, packing materials, packing slips, inserts, and all original contents must be returned to L’Atelier Global for final review. Failure to return requested materials may result in denial of the claim.
Carrier claims are time-sensitive. We review shipping records, package weights, packing documentation, and fulfillment records as part of our investigation process.
Items damaged during package opening, assembly, installation, use, improper handling after delivery, misuse, improper care, accidents, alterations, or normal wear and tear are not considered shipping damage and are not eligible for carrier claims.
Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.

Have a printer? Select “Print your return label.” Print and securely attach the label, covering any existing shipping labels.

No printer? Some participating USPS locations may be able to scan a QR code from your mobile device and print a shipping label. Availability varies by location.

No printer or mobile phone? We can mail a printed return label upon request. A $5.95 mailing and handling fee, in addition to the standard return label fee, will be deducted from your refund.

Postage: $9.95 standard, $12.95 for oversized items.

Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled prior to shipping.
- Once a package is labeled and ready to ship by us or our international partners, shipping charges are not refundable.
