USA Delivery ✨

Shipping charges include packaging, courier service, and insurance. The one-time shipping rate covers partial shipments and associated backorders for USA Warehouse products only. Orders originating internationally ship together once all items are ready, as international shipments cannot be split. All shipping fees are clearly displayed at checkout.

• Domestic shipping options: USPS Ground (2–7 days), Priority Mail (2–4 days), UPS Ground (2–7 business days). Carrier delays may occur.
• International carriers for factory-direct orders: FedEx Express and DHL.
• Shipping occurs on weekdays only.
• Orders combining USA Warehouse, artisan-direct, and items requiring solo shipment will display a combined rate at checkout.
• We follow all carrier holiday shipping cut-off dates. Delivery timelines are dependent on the carrier.

Italy Factory-Direct Shipping Rates ✨

Estimated transit times: FedEx Standard 7–14 business days. FedEx Priority 3–7 business days. Customs processing and carrier delays, including European transit delays, may occasionally extend delivery times.

• Shipping within the U.S. may be faster than from Europe or the U.K. Please check product pages for shipping origin.
• Shipped purchase amounts appear in your order confirmation email.
• International orders are subject to customs regulations. Duties are included at checkout and covered by L’Atelier Global. Your final cost will not increase due to duties.

Important Update for U.S. Customers 🌍

Effective August 29, 2025: U.S. Customs regulations changed—duty now applies to Italian shipments regardless of value.

DAP – Delivered at Place: Orders shipped directly from Italy via FedEx may list you as the Importer of Record. Duties are included at checkout and covered by L’Atelier Global. In the rare event that you receive a customs or duty invoice, simply email a copy to dutyrefund@latelierglobal.com and we will assist promptly.

Missing or Incomplete Items Policy ✨

Please notify us within 3 calendar days of delivery if anything is missing. We require:

• Your order number.
• Description of the issue.
• Photos of the shipping box, including all sides, label, packing materials, and items.

Claims without photos cannot be reviewed. Carrier claims are time-sensitive and rely on recorded shipping weights. To protect our customers and ensure accurate claim handling, we review shipping records, package weights, packing documentation, and fulfillment records as part of our investigation process.

Seasonal Shipping Costs ✨

Rates may rise during peak seasons due to carrier surcharges. Shipping charges are based on carrier rates, packaging, insurance, and fulfillment costs.

Gift Cards ✨

L’Atelier Global gift cards may be applied at checkout. External prepaid gift cards may require conversion before use. Please call 1-800-215-1457 for assistance.

USA State Sales Tax ✨

Sales tax may apply to shipments to select U.S. states and is displayed at checkout.
