• Lighter leather tones (tan, beige, natural, caramel) create a high-contrast engraving, making designs more prominent and visually striking.
• Darker leather shades (brown, navy, black, deep burgundy) produce a lower-contrast effect, offering a more subtle, tone-on-tone look.
• Matte and unfinished leather typically absorb laser engraving more evenly, while glossier or coated finishes may have a softer contrast.
