Jacket Fit

The general fit rule for shearling jackets: the coat should measure approximately 6" larger in circumference than your actual chest to allow for layering and the density of the wool. Some prefer a slimmer fit, others a more relaxed, easy-wear silhouette—choose your ideal level of comfort and mobility.

Material

Merino Curly Sheepskin (Shearling): The fleece is left naturally soft and curly as found in nature. Dense and insulating, it delivers exceptional warmth with a luxurious hand feel and a beautifully natural texture.

Product Care

Store your sheepskin garment in a clean, dry, dark place—preferably inside a dust bag or garment cover. Avoid long exposure to natural or fluorescent light, which may fade color, and protect from moths or rodents during long-term storage.

• For Sueded Sheepskin: Refresh dull areas using a dry scouring pad (foam side first). Brush gently with long strokes, then shake and vacuum to lift dust and restore nap.
• Rain Exposure: Let dry naturally in a warm, airy place. Once dry, knead the leather gently to soften and brush with the pad to renew texture.
• Spot Cleaning: For spills, use mild soap and lukewarm water. Rinse carefully without soaking. For oil or ink stains, consult a professional.
• Napalan or Hurricane Finishes: These leather finishes are naturally dirt-repellent and may be lightly spot-cleaned as needed.
• Wool Side: Use a comb or soft brush to refresh the pile. For tight curls, avoid brushing—vacuum or shake instead.
• Professional Cleaning: Avoid dry cleaning. Use a leather or sheepskin care specialist if deeper cleaning is required.
