How to Measure

1. Head Circumference
   Measure around the nape of your neck, below the ears, and across your forehead where a traditional shower cap would rest.
   Designed to comfortably fit head circumferences of approximately 22 inches (56 cm) or larger.
2. Crown Measurement
   Measure from just below one ear, across the crown of your head, to just below the opposite ear.
   Designed to comfortably fit crown measurements of approximately 16 inches (41 cm) or larger.
