Beeswax candles, while not vegan, are among the most environmentally conscious options available. Beeswax is biodegradable, clean-burning, and free from chemical additives. It is also believed to emit negative ions that help purify the air and promote a sense of calm and well-being.

Les Ruches takes great care to source and manufacture entirely within the United States, creating luxury candles with minimal environmental impact and uncompromising quality.

For best results, allow the wax to melt evenly across the entire surface before extinguishing. This helps prevent tunneling and extends the life of your candle. Do not cut wicks short; instead, gently remove the tip if a mushroom shape forms.

Burn time may vary depending on room temperature and environment. Always keep the wax pool free of debris, extinguish carefully, and allow the candle to cool completely before moving. We recommend using a candle snuffer. Never use water to extinguish a candle, and never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Because these candles are made from pure beeswax without bleach or colorants, natural variations such as a golden hue, light cracking, or a soft powdery bloom may appear. This is a normal and beautiful characteristic of beeswax and does not affect performance.
