Material
Merino curly sheepskin (shearling) is left soft and naturally curly, as found in nature. The dense wool provides exceptional warmth and a cozy feel, making this coat ideal for winter wear.
Product Care
Store your sheepskin coat in a clean, dry, dark place—preferably in a sealed dust bag or garment cover. Avoid long-term storage near other fabrics that may attract moths. Do not store under natural or fluorescent light, as prolonged exposure can cause fading.
Sheepskin – Sueded Finish: Over time, if the suede becomes dull, gently buff with a dry scouring pad. Use long, fluid strokes over a broad area to avoid stripping color. Start with the foam side and progress to the abrasive side only if necessary. Finish by shaking and lightly vacuuming.
Rain & Moisture: Always allow the coat to dry naturally in a warm, airy space. Once dry, gently brush the suede to restore the nap. If fully saturated, knead and manipulate the leather to restore flexibility before brushing.
Stains: Treat spills such as wine or fruit immediately using a mild soap or gentle shampoo solution. Spot clean and rinse carefully—do not immerse. Grease, oil, or ink stains should be handled by a professional.
Professional cleaning may be considered if necessary, though traditional dry cleaning is not recommended for sheepskin or leather.
